Settings
The Settings panel has two sections:
Print Jobs Screen
Choose which column to display for each print job:
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Show Document Title |
Displays the document title in the Title column on the Print Jobs screen. |
| Show Document Filename |
Displays the document filename in the Title column on the Print Jobs screen. |
Child Jobs
When a print job is split into multiple recipients, it creates a parent job and individual child jobs. Choose how these are displayed on the dashboard:
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Show parent and child jobs together |
Both parent and child jobs are visible on the Print Jobs screen. |
| Show parent jobs only |
Only parent jobs are shown on the Print Jobs screen. Child jobs can be accessed via the action menu ⋮ or from the parent job's details panel. |
My Printers
My Printers gives you a read-only view of every printer you have access to, letting you check how a printer is configured before sending a job to it, without needing Control Panel access. This is especially useful if you have access to multiple printers, helping you choose the right one for the job.
Select a printer from the list on the left to view its configuration on the right. Most of what's shown mirrors the configuration held in Control Panel > Printers; refer to Printers for details of each setting. The exception is Return Address under Print and Post Settings, which isn't a printer-level setting; it's the return address configured on the printer's assigned envelope. See Envelopes for details.
