Envelope records define the physical envelope stock available for use on your printers, including dimensions, weight, and capacity.
If you send output via Docmail, envelope records also control how Docmail selects or overrides the envelope used for a job. Not all customers use Docmail as their output channel, so Docmail-specific settings are grouped separately and are not mandatory to complete.
You can manage envelope records via Control Panel > Envelopes.
The Administrator and Control Panel roles can view envelope records. Only Administrators can create or modify them.
