Docbox does its work on a server sitting within your network, validating, processing and dispatching every job automatically. The Dashboard is your window into that work. It is where the tracking and control described in Why use Docbox becomes real, and the only place you need to look to see what is happening to your print, right down to individual recipient level.
Whether you are checking that a single letter went out, reviewing usage across your organisation, or investigating why a job failed validation, this is where you do it.
The sections below explain what you will see on the Dashboard and how to find your way around it. For the fields, actions and settings behind each area, see the linked articles.
Accessing the Dashboard
The dashboard is accessed via a web browser. Login is required. This will be your normal Windows or network userid and password. Contact your local IT team for the dashboard address (URL).
You can also launch the dashboard from the print driver menu.
