This category within the control panel allows an organisation to define and configure their Docbox printers.

This is required |
Name | This is the name of the printer. This is used by users to identify which printer they wish to send output to. |
Paper | The paper to be utilised |
Orientation Alignment |
Choose whether you wish to check the page orientation against the paper definition

Rotate Clockwise | If checked and adjust is set in orientation alignment the job will be rotated clockwise |
Colour Printing | |
Two Sided / Duplex | |
Enabled | Activate the printer by enabling this checkbox. |
Date Created | The date the printer definition was created. |
Access Rights |
Define who can use this printer. This is required. |

LDAP Group | This must be fully qualified LDAP group |

Envelope | Select the envelope to be utilised from the available definitions |
Delivery Service | Select the delivery service to be used from the available services |
Credentials | These will be supplied by CFH. |
Submission Delay | Specify the delay between the job being ready to print and being eligible for batching. This is to allow any reviews, cancellations to be actioned. |
Batching Schedule | Choose which batching schedule is to be utilised |
Address Handling | This is required |
Left | These values define the address area within the page. |

Clear Zone | The clear zone is used to ensure that the address area is correctly positioned for visibility when using windowed envelopes |
Address Validation Enabled | If enabled, Docbox will check that the address is located within the address area and that the clear zone is empty. |
Stationery | This is optional. (Refer to Stationery for further information) |
Electronic Inserts | You can add up to 3 electronic inserts that will be added to every file that is sent to this printer. The inserts will be added in order I, II, III. This is optional. (Refer to Inserts for further information) |
Splitting | This is optional. This defines the splitting characteristics. (Refer to Splitting for further information) |

Fixed Page Count | If fixed length is specified, this field defines the number of pages before split (e.g. 2 means a new child job will be created after 2 pages) |
Trigger Text | This is the text that will be searched for to trigger a split when using variable length splitting |
Trigger Text Area | This defines the search area for the trigger text |
