Docbox allows you to apply electronic stationery to your documents. This can be used to add company letterheads, for example, without needing to hold pre-printed stationery stock.

Stationery is applied as a background overlay when a job is printed, so documents can be produced on plain paper stock whilst still carrying your organisation's branding. Separate overlays can be defined for the first sheet and any continuation sheets, and for both sides of the page when printing duplex.

Stationery is configured in Control Panel > Stationery. Refer to Stationery for configuration detail.
