The Cancel Print Job button is only available for jobs that haven't been quarantined and haven't already been sent.

The Delete Print Job button is only available for quarantined jobs.

Neither button is available for a parent job that has child jobs. You'll need to cancel or delete the individual child jobs first.

If the buttons are visible but greyed out, the job may be in the process of being collected into a batch. Try again shortly.
