The Docbox File Agent (DFA) control panel is used to configure DFA. This can only be accessed by users who have been assigned an administrator role (Refer to Accessing Docbox File Agent).
The Control Panel provides access to
- Tokens
- Destinations
- Sources
- Users
- Backup - allows you to backup or restore the DFA configuration.
Backup
The backup process will export the current system configuration including all tokens, source and destination settings and user credentials.
A passphrase is required to encrypt the settings file to protect the credentials in the backup file.
Restore
The restore process will import a system configuration backup restoring all tokens, source and destination settings and user credentials.
Warning
Any settings currently in the system are permanently removed when restoring a backup.
You will be automatically logged out after restoring a backup - ensure you login with credentials applicable to the backup you are restoring which may be different to the username or password you are currently using.
