Accessing Docbox File Agent

Because DFA runs unattended and handles files before they reach Docbox, access to it is deliberately kept tight: it's designed to be reached only from the machine it's installed on, and what a user can see or do depends on the role they've been given.

DFA is designed to be accessed from the machine where it is installed. If you wish to access DFA from another device, please contact us.

Dashboard

DFA has its own dashboard, separate from the normal Docbox dashboard. Access it via http://localhost:9091/ using a supported browser‍. See Docbox File Agent Dashboard for what you'll find there.

Users

Docbox File Agent access is controlled via users.  These are defined locally. There is no Microsoft Active Directory integration.

There are two levels of user.
