If you use Microsoft Word regularly to send output to Docbox using the print driver, you may find it useful to customise your quick access toolbar to include quick print.
The quick access toolbar contains common commands to make it easier to access certain functions. It is shown either above or below the ribbon in Word.
You can customise the quick access toolbar in Word by selecting File > Options.
Quick Print and Quick Access Toolbar
These are Microsoft Word features and are not part of Docbox.
- Configure Docbox as your Windows default printer.
- Add Quick Print to your Microsoft Word Quick Access toolbar
You can then simply click the quick print button when in your document and it will be sent to Docbox. If you have set a default printer within Docbox (and you are not using Enable Preview), printing Word documents to Docbox becomes "one-click" printing.
