The print driver menu gives you quick access to your Docbox print settings without needing to open the dashboard. Right click the Docbox Print Driver icon in your system tray to open it.

If you access Docbox only through the print driver and don't normally open the dashboard directly through a browser, this menu is also your route in when you need to check on a job.

The menu allows you to 

• Open dashboard – opens the Docbox dashboard in your browser
• Refresh printer list – requests your current printer access from Docbox (the same list shown in My Printers on the dashboard)
• Options
  • Enable preview – shows a preview window before your document is sent, where you can check the document name, choose the printer, and set it as your default before confirming. 

    Preview only shows what the print driver is about to send. A document that looks correct at this stage can still be quarantined once it reaches Docbox.

     
  • Enable error message pop-ups – we recommend leaving this enabled. It surfaces errors that might not otherwise be visible, and helps identify issues early if something isn't working as expected.
• Default printer – choose from a dropdown list of the printers you have access to
• Info
  • About – hover to see the product name and version number
  • Upload queue item count – shows how many files are currently waiting to upload to Docbox
• Log out
• Exit application – this stops Docbox Print Driver
