Docbox requires users to authenticate with the system at regular intervals.

By default, Docbox requires users to authenticate 12 hours from their last login which ensures they are typically logged out overnight and before the next working day starts. 

This timeout period can be changed to meet an organisation's specific security requirements. If a change is required either shorter or longer, then please contact us.
