Stationery

Docbox allows you to apply electronic stationery to your documents. This can be used to add company letterheads for example.

Setting up stationery is as simple as uploading the stationery template to the system and then configuring a printer to utilise the appropriate page as background stationery.

  • Upload via Control Panel > Stationery
    • If being used in duplex print, both front and rear should be specified
    • Make sure the stationery PDF is the same dimensions as the printer configuration
  • Select the printer which will use the stationery. Control Panel > Printers
    • Modify the stationery section in the printer configuration to use the selected stationery
    • You can specify a different sheet for 1st page and continuation pages
  • All jobs that are sent to the printer will have the stationery applied
