The Docbox Print Driver converts your document to a PDF before sending to Docbox for print processing. As part of this conversion, Docbox checks that the page count of your original document matches the page count in the PDF produced. If there is a mismatch the following error will be issued and the file will not be sent for print processing.

Expected page count of nnnn does NOT match actual page count of yyyy. File filename.pdf will NOT be processed, to avoid data loss.

The PDF produced can be found in C:\ProgramData\Temp\Docbox.

If you wish to use the PDF, upload it into Docbox using the PDF upload function.
